Mobile Solutions - Part 2: Tandem Axle Trailers

In Part 1 of this article series I introduced our mobile cleaning solutions and covered the key features of our three smallest units. This included the Detail Trailer, Pallet Trailer, and our standard Single Axle Trailer. All of those smaller units are fantastic products that bring superior engineering, quality, and appearance to your mobile cleaning operation.
For this second article I want to highlight the larger units in our standard lineup. Our Tandem Axle Trailers offer the ultimate solution for mobile cleaning. These beautiful trailer packages are designed to carry large hot water pressure washers along with a significant amount of water, detergent, and accessories to support your needs. We have combined the best standard and optional features in the industry into these systems and I think you will agree they are second to none.
Each trailer starts with tubular steel frame construction that provides strength over common L-angle and C-channel steel designs by eliminating flexing. The frames are powder coated for a durable finish, and are carried on tandem 3500# drop axles. On top we add 330 or 460 gallons of water carrying capacity in attractive Polyethylene tanks protected by a steel safety cage. We offer numerous configurations for hitch mounts, electrical connectors, brakes, wheels, and colors. In addition, we have accessories and options to fit any application, from sand blasting kits to hazard lights and custom toolboxes.
TANDEM TRAILER (SINGLE 330 gallon tank)

TANDEM TRAILER (DUAL 230 gallon tanks - 460 gallons total)
This trailer increases your water carrying capacity to 460 gallons using dual 230 gallon Polyethylene tanks plumbed together. The dual tank design creates a baffle that greatly increases stability and handling when hauling this much water. It also makes for a fantastic looking trailer!

WIDE TANDEM TRAILER
Both our single tank (330 gallon) and dual tank (460 gallon) tandem trailers are available in a wide-body design capable of holding the largest Alkota hot water pressure washers. They have a 54" wide deck. They both have the same standard equipment as listed above.
OPTIONS
We offer many options and accessories to enhance your mobile cleaning operation. Our most popular options include:
- Straight Axle:
- Trailer will set higher and have more ground clearance.
- Low Water Shut-off:
- Installs in the water tank and shuts off the pressure washer to prevent pump from running dry.
- Sand Hopper:
- Works with a sand blaster (included). Includes a cone tank capable of holding 300 pounds of sandblasting media.
- Air Gap Fill:
- Installs over the water tank for rapid fill, also where backflow would be a problem. Includes 1 1/2" fire hydrant type couplers (aluminum). Also optional for this kit is a fire hydrant wrench and a 1 1/2" woven hose that folds flat.
- Chemical/Detergent Rack:
- Mounts to the front of single or tandem trailer to carry four 5 gallon pails.
- Spare Tire and Rack:
- Mounts over the fender on the curb side of the trailer, attached to the water tank frame.
- Anti-freeze Tank System:
- Mounts over the water tank or on the rear of the trailer between the hose reels. Plumbed to prevent hoses, tanks, and machine from freezing up. Includes 14 or 25 gallon tank.
- Hazard Lights:
- Mounted to your specifications and needs.
- Surge Brakes with Actuator:
- Available with either drop or straight axle. Comes with a DA10 actuator.
- Toolbox:
- We can custom build a toolbox to meet your needs or install a purchased box of your choice.
