Alkota Expands Fleet of Front Load Power Parts Washers

Alkota Cleaning Systems, Inc. introduces a new line of power parts washers. The product line includes 12 front-load models and two conveyor models designed to save time and money.
“Our washers are environmentally friendly and operate with hot water and biodegradable detergents, eliminating the need for damaging solvents and aerosol cleaners,” said Gary Scott. “These units deliver serious, fully automatic capacity, taking the manual labor out of parts cleaning.”
Alkota parts washers are designed to meet a wide variety of applications. They are available in a range of sizes and duty capacities; standard, commercial, industrial, extreme and ultimate duty, and conveyor style.
Check the attached literature for images and specifications. All model designations are descriptive of that model. The first model is an AL3043-1
- AL = Alkota
- 30 = turntable size
- 43 = working height
- 1 = designated standard duty
All models are designated 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – C. As you go up in the numbers you are going up in duty capacities.
- 1 = Standard duty (the lightest duty of the new parts washers)
- 2 = Commercial duty
- 3 = Industrial duty
- 4 = Extreme duty
- 5 = Ultimate duty
- C = Conveyer model
Two models have roll out turntables, the AL3640-3 and the AL4054-4. The “2” and “4” models have crane load slots as options. On the “5” models the crane load slot is standard.
